In Australia? Spend $75NZD and receive free shipping for your order ($15NZD for tracking).

Order non-arrival (Domestic and International)
All orders are sent tracked. However, naturally sometimes things go missing in the mail. If you order does not arrive in the time-frame expected, please check the tracking and then get in touch. In the case of non-delivery mail we cannot offer refunds or replacement as the cost to us would be too high. In this case you will have to resolve the issue yourself with NZPost, however we are willing to help out wherever we can by providing the necessary information to you.
